iTech Digital’s Door Exception Reporting feature is a versatile and powerful tool when added to the i2i or i2i Novus systems. By monitoring door activity, operators can quickly identify threats to safety, areas of product loss or theft and adherence to company policies.
Unauthorized entry and exit via exterior doors can pose a threat to the safety of guests and employees and the solvency of a business. Reviewing cooler and freezer door access additionally can highlight potential theft, consumption and assist in the reduction of food costs.
When enabled, an i2i System will log all door access events in an easy to use, search-able format. Once search criteria are defined, correlated video can be immediately viewed remotely or locally. A customized report with selected criteria can be generated by a trained iTech Digital Auditor and e-mailed to owners weekly.
